This is a traditional HDR, 7 exposures, processed in Photomatix and sharpened in CS3.

I took this as an HDR shot which looks really nice on it’s own and I will be posting that image as well but I also made this version, which has been converted to an IR with the car painted back through. Hope you enjoy. Please view full screen :)

Taken at the Las Vegas Hotrod and Classic Car Show, Easter weekend 2004. I wasn’t much into cars before the show but I definitely became a convert to vintage, classic and hotrod cars, both US and Oz, afterwards. Such a great array of styles, the only pity was that the camera I was using at the time wasn’t the greatest so only a small number of shots actually turned out worthy of being put up for others to see.

Another shot taken from the Las Vegas carshow in 2004. Never checked to see what sort of car this was, I just liked the look of it. Gotta love those white wall tyres and hot red paint job.

Beautiful 1947 Chevy utility. I desaturated the background to bring out the funky orange a bit more. This was taken at the 2004 Las Vegas hotrod show.
