Digital Art: A young girl from the Hopi tribe is dreaming.. / / Note: All my digital art work is executed entirely with my mouse and Photoshop Elements’ brushes. It takes hours of concentration, patience and self control. Especially when the mouse wants to go right and you need it to go left! When this happens , I reluctantly leave my office and go for a stroll in my garden. / That usually takes care of the problem and then, I get back to work :)

by ingeAs always i’m searching for faces, people, colors, different things…on my last journey in Jan 08 i went to Rajahstan, India and came home with over 4000 shots!! But it also was a journey to find those faces…those people, those colors i was longing for…Around the country sides of Jaipur i met a whole family of gypsies , travelling to where ever the wind was bringing them, they travelled wirh cattle and many goats , even they had little puppies on the back of a cow!...and a lot of kids, they where a happy bunch and it was great to spent some time with them…

Took this photo a couple years ago and always liked it. I decided to play with it a bit in PSCS3. Converted to B&W added sepia tint, dragged it over the original color version and brought back the color slightly in select areas. Added another layer of golden textures, adjusted opacity and removed texture from model..

“Listen a hundred times; ponder a thousand times; speak once.” / - TURKISH PROVERB My son Kane had no idea I was photographing him at this time…He was just wondering sweetly along a path in a local parkland area when suddenly he stopped and leaned on the fence. I honestly could not believe what I was seeing through my viewfinder when he did it. Then when I saw the photograph it just blew me away. Kane is 3 years old in this photograph. This is my all time favourite photograph I’ve taken with my DSLR to date. Played with the colour version in photoshop and am very pleased with the outcome. She comes from 2047. It is a place where lost memories are stored and andriods work hard day and night to preserve the beauty of these memories. Sonia faithfully takes care of a boy’s memories and as time passes,she develops feelings for him. The boy had a pink owl toy which he once loved and lost. Digital fine art photo painting of a little country girl admiring the beauty of a single bloom in a wildflower field. Featured in Digital Brushstrokes, October 9, 2009. This digital art consists of 4 layered images from my personal library, including one texture layer. The little girl’s hair was created from scratch and then the entire piece was digitally painted in Corel Painter X using a Wacom tablet prior to adding additional texture & a subtle posterizing filter in Photoshop.
