I photographed this Dragonfly while I was out with my sister, taking photos of nature with her. It reminds me of a special moment in time we spent together! This dragonfly kept hovering over us and finally landed. Made for a perfect photo opportunity. When I saw this quotation on a church marquee, I thought immediately of this photo of a goldfinch on a Y-shaped branch and I realized the double meaning in the message. God is here when we wonder WHY and have no answers; God is here on those days that end in the letter Y—which is everyday. He’s here through our ordinary and extraordinary times, through our pain and our pleasure, through good times and bad. He is not a fickle God but One who is longsuffering and never abandons the children he created and loves. Jesus is called “Emmanuel” which means God is with us (on all our WHY?/Y days).

This is Bucki, i have named him that because of the obvious. / This is a young male who wondered into our property the other day and has adopted my trees in the back paddock with my mini horse Scotti. / i took loads of photos of him on the move from one tree to another with alot of very disappointing shots take, but in saying that i did get a couple, so enjoy them. / if you would like a card with an individual message, or no message just let me know.
