I took this close-up of Jesus on the cross which was in a very old cemetery and then when I saw these words on a church marquee, “Jesus built a bridge with two boards and three nails,” I added them to the photo. Something to really meditate about!

If you’ve looked to the stars / at night to find an Angel chorus / you’ve done well. / If you’ve looked into your heart / to find the Angels song / you’ve done even better Angels can fly directly into / the heart of the matter WJ~ an image I put together in photoshop
Created in PSCS…... / Background…my image…Nikon D90 / model faestock / male shd-stock I dreamed a dream…Les Miserables There was a time when men were kind, / And their voices were soft, / And their words inviting. / There was a time when love was blind, / And the world was a song, / And the song was exciting. / There was a time when it all went wrong… I dreamed a dream in time gone by, / When hope was high and life, worth living. / I dreamed that love would never die, / I dreamed that God would be forgiving. / Then I was young and unafraid, / And dreams were made and used and wasted. / There was no ransom to be paid, / No song unsung, no wine, untasted. But the tigers come at night, / With their voices soft as thunder, / As they tear your hope apart, / And they turn your dream to shame. / He slept a summer by my side, / He filled my days with endless wonder… / He took my childhood in his stride, / But he was gone when autumn came! And still I dream he’ll come to me, / That we will live the years together, / But there are dreams that cannot be, / And there are storms we cannot weather! / I had a dream my life would be / So different from this hell I’m living, / So different now from what it seemed… / Now life has killed the dream I dreamed…
Another warm rainy spring evening, and while out hunting mushrooms a touch of sunlight peeped from behind a cloud! I love this lighting during this spring storm it added so much to the colors of the forest, and sky!! As is straight from my camera. /
If instead of a gem, or even a flower, we should cast the gift of a loving thought into the heart of a friend, that would be giving as the angels give. / Written By ~ George MacDonald Photography with artwork added from Corel Paint Shop Pro. / /
This shot of Niagara (Canadian side) was just before we got whisked off in a different direction by some traffic cones and ended up the wrong way up the border crossing road only to be met with Canadian border patrol without or passports. Oops. Their so nice, especially when he announced on the megaphone, “let this dummass turn round, he went the wrong way”. Oh dear. Canon 10D, 24-70mm at 24mm, f/13 1/2000 sec, ISO 100. -2 stopped down. No filters used and hidden under a yellow packamac. A small amount of water removed from camera.
