The main stencil image is one layer of the four layer stencil I created in early 2008 inspired by my interest in fashion photography. ‘Snow and Umbrella’ is 1 of 3, utilising the same same stencil and composition of works I’ve posted on Red Bubble at the moment. The other is ‘Rain Birds’ and ‘Umbrella and Rain’.

Inspired of the song “Butterflies And Hurricanes” by Muse / Please listen this inspiring music!!! I love specially a phrase of this song: “Change everything you are…” ;) I’ve tried yo mix two differents concepts here. The transience of time and the transgression of conventional norms characteristic of progress ;) But isn’t a photomontage!! This gigant photo of Ruven Afanador collection was showed in the middle of the street in Seville. Another photo taken on the historic Walls of Derry. The Derry Walls were built in the early 17th century, and are the only remaining complete city walls in Ireland. The old city of Derry is one of the finest examples of a walled city in Europe. Canon EOS 450D, 18-55mm lens. Tone mapped in Dynamic-Photo HDR, slightly desaturated and brown-toned Orton effect applied, and some film grain for atmosphere. /
