  • The Minor, Major and World Circuits have never looked quite so terrifying! When you step through those ropes and find yourself face to face with the 8-Bit terror that is a zombie Bald Bull…that’s when you know you’re in for a world of hurt. And maybe the loss of an arm or something, or at the very least a hunk of flesh chomped out of you.

  • Turkey Vultures (Cuba)
    by jdmphotography

    US$3.42–US$91.20

The turkey vultures from Cuba I saw these birds flying high in the sky in most areas but to high to capture a image even with the strongest of lens when came the visit to the mountains my luck was finally in when I saw them perched on this tree… Turkey Vulture is an excellent flyer. It endlessly soars with wings held in V-shape and teetering from side to side. It performs infrequent wing beats, taking advantage of raising thermals. / Wing beats and take off are laborious, but it soars very easily. It is able to glide during six hours without any flapping. Part of the Cuban experience… (-:

  • White-backed Vulture portrait…..... The White-backed Vulture is a typical vulture, with only down feathers on the head and neck, very broad wings and short tail. It has a white neck ruff. The adult’s whitish back contrasts with the otherwise dark plumage. Juveniles are largely dark. This is a medium-sized vulture; its body mass is around 5.4 kg. Like other vultures it is a scavenger, feeding mostly from carcasses of animals which it finds by soaring over savannah and around human habitation. It often moves in flocks. It breeds in trees on the savannah of west and east Africa, laying one egg. The population is mostly resident. As it is rarer than previously believed, its conservation status was reassessed from Least Concern to Near Threatened in the 2007 IUCN Red List.
