Looking at the Sydney CBD from the rooftop parking at Broadway Shopping Centre. In the distance you can see the smole coming in from backburning operations on the north side of the City. Please also visit my website alexkess.com and my photoblog . Cheers and Thanks, Alex

  • Miranda Car Park HDR
    by alexkess

    US$5.70–US$152.00

The only song I thought of when I did the HDR processing was “End of the World” by REM. It’s the end of the World as we know it and I feel fine… I took my Camera to Miranda Fair (our local shopping centre) today, because I was hoping to catch a few glimpses of the big storm brewing over Sydney. Instead I ended up with this.

  • Customer Service...
    by Kevin Kroeker

    I stumbled upon this scene earlier today while photographing The General Hospital. A portion of the parking lot has broken off into the ocean. / / I wouldn’t want to be a customer in this establishment… it seems they really know how to treat thier guests. / / In The Moment Competition Finalist / / / Visit my website On The Rock Photography / / / VIEW MY GALLERIES HERE / / WILDLIFE / / / SHIPS BOATS & DORYS / / / SCENES OF NEWFOUNDLAND / / / BLACK WHITE & SEPIA / / / ARCHITECTURE / / / STILL LIFE / / / MY FAVORITES / / / MOST POPULAR / / / PEOPLE / / / ALL THINGS SINISTER / / / CHURCHES OF OLD / / / WINTER SCENES / / / TRAINS & TRACTORS / / / SELECTIVE COLORING SERIES / / /

Taken while driving over Sea Cliff Bridge between Stanwell Park and Wollongong, about an hour and a half south of Sydney. Definitely worth a look – an architect’s dream!

  • Alien world
    by Adrian Donoghue

    US$4.28–US$114.00

A continuation of the ‘car park’ theme. This one was inspired by Enrico Bettesworth’s ‘Underworld’ and Andrew Brown’s ‘Underground’. My challenge was to interpret this site differently from those two artists. I hope I have been partially successful in achieving this.

  • Panned from the car park
    by georgieboy98

    US$3.42–US$91.20

We are in the Mt Leseur National Park and had just pulled into a rest area to have our picnic lunch. It was a Friday so not all that many people up here. Mt Leseur is behind us and this is the scene as we look north. Mesas are fairly common in this part of Western Australia but are still a novelty to us southerners! Strange here though because whilst there don’t look to be any wildflowers up here the area behind me was full of them – mostly Hakeas and claw flowers. I would suggest large size viewing for this photo.

  • We're a bit different in Australia
    by Darren Stones

Believe it or not, kangaroos and emus are exempt from paying the bridge toll as they dash across the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
