BEST VIEWED LARGER Nature’s neuroscience laid bare in winter. Forest neurons … or forest capillaries? (A featured work in the National Parks of the World group.)
Communication. All parts of the universe are in direct and indirect communication with each other. This abstract was inspired by my physiology background. Transformed into an artistic concept. Blood red capillaries connect every visual aspect, within this abstraction. The flow comes in from the right, bringing oxygen to all parts and taking away wastes, exits right, once again – a continual cycle of replenishment and life. The fine red capillaries are always in communication. Notice that the free ends of the searching red vessels, are curled as they coil and endlessly endeavour to find each other. Communication. Watercolour. / 12×17 inches. .

I looked up to the heavy snow laden skies. The bare naked fingers extended towards each other in the cold…. like veins reaching for their life blood.
Reminds me of tiny blood vessels.
Haunting tree that tried to take over the sky.
