I was off to take some photographs of some waterfalls in the Breacon Beacons in Wales when I almost missed this scene. Had there not been a break in the cloud I may have missed it. It was probably the best drive by shooting photograph I have to date. I’ve had a little play in photoshop and thought I’d post the results. / The original was shot using a Canon 5D, 24-70mm at 27mm, f/8, 1/60 sec, ISO 400. No filters used and mounted on the car door. I lost about 8 years of work due to a accidental click of a delete key in 2004, I stupidly had not backed up the work. Two days ago while clearing out the loft I found the photo of the girl with some others I thought had been lost forever, phew. The shot of the girl was taken in Sailsbury, Wiltshire, UK 2002 at a Civil War Reenactment and the the background is a lovely walk through Ashridge, Bedfordshire UK, which I took yesterday, I have added a few textures to the overall blend.
