Color is the first thing you notice about my work. What makes it ‘pop’ is the placement of color and texture. As a painter I am a visual storyteller. A message comes with the art – perhaps it is playful, calming, erotic, disturbing, political, or even sacred. I like to flirt with the issues and experiences we face in everyday life, the things we do and the places we go that define our lives. Whether positive, humorous, or thought provoking, my work portrays events people relate to while creating a sense of place for the viewer. • Then Moses answered, “But behold, they will not believe me or listen to my voice, for they will say, “The LORD did not appear to you’” The LORD said to him, “What is that in your hand?” He said, “A rod”. And he said “Cast it on the ground.” So he cast it on the ground, and it became a serpent; and Moses fled from it. But the LORD said to Moses, “Put out your hand and take it by the tail” – so he put out his hand and caught it, and it became a rod in his hand – “that they may believe that the LORD, the God of their fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob has appeared to you.” Exodus 4:1-5 A work made up of an Incendia fractal reprenting Moses rod with a serpent coiled around it with layers of Middle East map and Bible page of Exodus introduction to create an image I see as the defining moment of Moses journey out of Egypt with the people who were to become the Jews. • Mosaic and “stained Glass” imagery On the third day a wedding took place in Cana of Galilee. Jesus mother was there, and Jesus and His disciples were invited to the wedding as well. When the wine ran out, Jesus mother told him, “They don’t have any wine.” / “What has this concern of yours to do with me, woman? Jesus asked. “My hour has not yet come.” / “Do whatever He tells you,” his mother told the servants. / Now six stone water jars had been set there for Jewish purification. Each contained 20 or 30 gallons. / “Fill the jars with water, ” Jesus told them. So they filled them to the brim. / Then He said to them, “Now draw some out and take it to the chief servant. And they did. / When the chief servant tasted the water( after it had become wine), he did not know where it had came from—though the servants who had drawn the water knew. He called the groom and told him, :Everybody sets out the fine wine first, then, after people hav drunk freely, the inferior. But you have kept the fine wine until now.”

Put simply, you can’t afford NOT to invest in my sexy, sexy clothing.
