Game between the old government and the new candidates. / The shape of this frame and putting nine images together i have used quit often in my artworks. I took this photo at the Museum of Fine Art in San Francisco. / Scene of the French Campaign of 1814, 1826 / Oil on Canvas / Sign and dated lower center: H Vernet, 1826 / Lent by Christian Humann Foundation to Fine Arts Museam of San Francisco / The last efforts of Napoleon to lead the French armies against the allied opposition armies. In the painting we see Dutch civilians in the cross fire between French infantry on the right, shooting at what appears to be Polish infantry on the left, based on the uniform hats. Although I am not sure it is Polish, perhaps Prussian or British. The fighting moved south from there, into what is now Belgium, where events finally led to the battle of Waterloo. There Napoleon was defeated and went into his final exile on the island of St. Helena. /

For the truck and me it was a gig, but for the 1000 New Hampshireites ahead of me it was an event, well the photographer in me realizing that we (the truck and I) were behind the crowd, I was able to sit on top of my ice cream truck with very little notice from anyone and with the best seat in the house was luck to get some good shots… soooo these are timely editorial shots of Barack Obama from a August 2007 Campaign Event in the Monadnock Region of New Hampshire. – Contact me you want a larger size then the card.
