It’s funny because I was watching this young lady struggle to get the shot she wanted and there I was about 6 meters away standing at 6’3” looking over the crowd!! This is my antique phone, given to me for my birthday about 9 years ago. It actually rings, not the electronic style, but the real bell ring, more like a fire alarm. It’s the same phone used in Calling, couldn’t resist going back with the viewfinder on this one. Had an amazing morning shooting with bensound and whatsthatbeeping this morning, thanks guys! Check out their work, people, both awesome artists, what a thrill for me! Shadowman series Three exposures blended with photomatix, amongst other things…. The pose and location are all down to Ben, I just did the clicky thing. Thanks Ben :) I also used Grunge texture 02 from amptone stock and Grunge Texture 05 from buzillo stock
Did a strobist SP / No dodging/burning was involved here …. just upped the contrast and converted to B&W with a little toning. Nikon D80 / Sigma 10-20 at 10mm / f/4 @ 1/45 secs / ISO 100 / Snooted Nikon SB600 wirelessly fired from directly above my hands. Had a to cut a little hole on the side of my Pringles snoot to get some light on my face. / Room kept dark. I wore dark clothes. 200+ views (for the 100-499 views Group)
