  • Bubble Reflections
    by funkyfacestudio

    US$4.84–US$129.20

A photograph of a bubble on some twigs….much like the other one but this one had a lot more reflections and colors. You can see my camera and my hand in the middle as well. / It is very yellow, I don’t know how that happened, maybe the gloomy grey skies. Most of them are clear with blue and pink streaks. This one reminded me of colored mercury glass. / (I added shadow to bring out the colors more.)

  • The Photographer
    by Paul Louis Villani

    US$4.31–US$114.91

Inspiration supplied by MIssKrissty and her magical poem Photographer / After reading MissKristy’s wonderful piece, it tweaked my memory of an image of a photographer I took a while back, so I tracked it down and just had to upload it! It’s funny because I was watching this young lady struggle to get the shot she wanted and there I was about 6 meters away standing at 6’3” looking over the crowd!! LOL!! ...and what is it about us photographers taking photos of other photographers taking photos!! ?? hehehe! / . / Image was digitally captured using a Sony Alpha 100 with a 28 – 75mm. / . / . / Australiana / Born of This Earth – Series / Hearts At War / Vehicular works / Architecture / B&W Photography / Transitional Industrial Utopian Series / Abstract / Beautiful Humans / / . / You can also listen to PLV’s music / . / Please take a look at the wonderful work of / Deborah Bowness / / . / / . / other works to view / . / / . / / . / / . / / . / / . / / . / / . /

  • Ambition
    by Wayne Holman

    US$3.56–US$95.00

When I grow up…..! Just a bit of fun after a bottle of wine : )

  • Ok, so this isn’t official, just a bit of fun on my part ;) I’m a MASSIVE Storm Thorgerson fan, the guy is my hero. / Look him up, you’ll understand. / stormthorgerson.com This is actually an image that will be used in David Lampard’s production of ‘Elegies: A Song Cycle’.. well, the balloons that is. The pig I added purely because I thought it smacked of Floyd, and it just had to be done. So here, just for you guys, is the silly version. The real pig-less version can be seen on my dA account here And if you’re interested in getting tickets to the production, please follow that link to the deviantART version as all the info is listed there. Digital composite of several shots taken at the same time as the balloons were released. Took a bloody long time to edit, but there are no repeats and it’s all my own work, save for the pig ;) Copyright 2008 Harmony Nicholas Oh and Mr Gilmour, if you’re watching, my rates are verrrrrry reasonable ;)

Pose, be emotive, hold it…. the shots of a photographer are invasive and can often be false. Thanks to Hien for taking the shot and Hailey Swanson for being the model. Back Alley Atelier

    by Karsten Stier

    US$3.42–US$91.20

To give an indication of the sheer size and scale of this cloud mass, on the bottom right of this image there are some full-sized pine trees and that small white dot next to them is a huge lighthouse sitting on the end of an island. . . Digital Camera

  • Still Searching
    by Michael J Armijo

    US$5.70–US$152.00

I forget what city I was in when I took this shot. It was a few months back while in a hotel. It was part of a larger canvas and I was so intrigued by the woman and the camera part of it—so I shot just this part. I spent some time editing it for a darker, golden glow to get it to look more mysterious (as you see here). I had to share…and the caption title I offer here seems appropo.

  • another recent reworking of an very old image. this is also the companion image to this one here.

  • As I enjoyed my cappocino and fiddled with my Bronica Zenza 6×6 (80mm f2.8) camera, I noticed this interesting character. The man sat there almost motionless. I motioned to him if it was ok for me to take the photo and he seemed to agree. I had to guess the exposure as I didn’t have my light metre out of my bag. The exposure came out fine (F2.8, 1/60th) and the focus is not bad considering the medium format and how clumsy the camera is in street photography. I processed the negative myself and scanned the image in on a Nikon film scanner. I have left the edge of the negative as it frames the image well and it appeals to my purist tendacies. This is one of my fravorite examples of my documentary work, it makes me think of how times have changed and how society changes and some people feel they can’t keep up.
