  It was really delightful to be informed by Karen Cook that my Love Is Lighting Up Somebody Else’s Darkest Moments is being featured side by side with Karen’s at the RB’sFeatured Wall Art And Greeting Cards :D It’s my first feature there, so exciting!! :D Many thanks to the Singapore Group for featuring both Heartstrings and Wish Upon A Star too!! :D My sales in zazzle have also started to pick up, I have 4 sales this week… Sales at Zazzle was really slow for me initially…no sales for first 2 months, it got really discouraging…but thought I would just press on and see how,glad I did because I made close to 20 sales in the last 1 month plus or so,really counting my blessings everyday for that. I am about 3 plus months into Zazzle :D I want to mention special thanks to Ujean for being that constant beacon of light for me at zazzle…for those who are in Zazzle, maybe like me,you may feel like a small fish in the ocean,so tiny and lost there at times. Ujean visited my gallery many times and often gave me encouraging comments and suggestions,enough fuel from her to help me last another 3 months,haha!   Cancer is the disease of Body, Mind and Spirit. Here is an analogy to understand it completely. Cancer is like a virus program which infect Internet computers and spreads on and on with time; if not stopped by a effective Anti Virus software it will make your computer to infect completely and make it useless for you and it will also spread to other healthy computers on the Internet as the data travels to other computer on the Internet and will keep infecting. In a similar way if Cancer cells not killed by the body it will pass on from one organ in the body of a person to another organ and keep spreading and person will die eventually after spending $20,000 to $5 Millions and relatives become so sad fro untimely demise. This article addresses more preventive side of Cancer and change of life style to live longer and happy. Why do People have Cancer? Cancer is more pronounced in developed countries unlike poorer countries. / The reason is that the people is developed countries have a different complex lifestyle -use Mobile Phones, Microwave emitting electromagnetic radiation which causes Cancer, Fridges and eat 4 times out of date old meat with high level of toxic preservatives and people in poor countries eat one meal but fresh food and relatively simpler lifestyle. This makes developed country people over eat the large quantity of meat; coupled with sedentary life style like commuting with cars; watching TV, Channels and become obese quickly. / There is also a mad cow decease which is also incurable. I witnessed an alarming incident as a 10 year kid, the scenario was that a cow which was being sold to a man (butcher) and to my amazement the cow started making horrible sounds and jumping; as she recognized that this butcher will purchase her; and she will be killed by the butcher. So you can see that in agitated mental state animal ( Cow) also secrete the toxic enzymes when they know they are going to die and lead to mad cow decease. I am not saying whether you eat meat or not it is your decision but you have to live with consequences of your choice as well. Everyone has a free choice to live and die and no one lives for ever either. In the past, so many civilizations live and died the world over; because of unmanageable deceases. Cancer is a silently spreading decease and emerges when it is too late. But people think, it is not their chance, no need to worry. / But something is called Wisdom so you sort out what is working for you and what is not working for you. Our body is the result of the type of food we eat which makes blood contains red blood cells , white blood cells , Antibodies, plasma etc and the blood passes through our head having mind and our spirit. So body, mind and spirit integrate. Your body is a temple; respect it, you ought to eat what is right for you. Learn not only by your own experience but experiences of the other people in the past. / So, the reason is simple it the Food Chain which have mainly extremely toxic preservatives used by food manufacturers to enhance the shelf life; you can check your fridge as they write keep beef /Lamb for 2 years, Fish 1 ½ Years and so on. Our bodies have to fight Cancer cells 6 to 10 times during our life span. / God or Nature has given us the Antibodies and white blood cells in combination, as a biological anti virus to kill any cancerous cells which are foreign cells infecting the body. Unfortunately, Doctors , have limiting knowledge and still doing research and tying to find it out exactly but currently do not have a cure for the Cancer. So I have to say with sadness that the current doctors and the surgeons are not more than the butchers in desperation by doing Chemotherapy and the double mastectomy. My heart weeps to see our ladies going to such a unfortunate end. It should be stopped patient have dignity; a hope for the better recovery of patients. Chemotherapy is used in desperation to annihilate ( kill) majority of cancerous cells but healthy cells are also killed ; consequently, does not work due to the loss of resistance of the patient as the healthy white blood cells and antibodies also die. So recovery of patient is hampered and results in loss of hairs, extremely poor health due to toxic dose of harmful radiation through out the patient’s body. / Doctors are unable to stop the spread of cancer as cancerous cells move all over the bodies throughout the arteries and veins and get concentrated on certain body parts, organs and glands. So patient can live for few more years with reduced quality of life. CANCER is completely treatable without any surgery by changing your life style to enhance your natural resistance and immunity by enabling your antibodies can kill cancer cells which happens 6 to 10 times in each healthy body during their life span so there is hope. Even a cancer patient can change their life style and receive enhanced level of immunity and life a longer life with good quality. You have to change your life style make it simpler. Please note Cancer thrives in acidic body environement ( PH Negative) and need to counter it by base enviroenment (PH -Positive ) , to make your body a neutral environment ( PH – Zero). Even Anger and worries create acidic environment in the persons bady and invites Cancerous cells to flourish as antibodies are suppressed so they do not kill the Cancerous cells and it spreads. Change your Life Style NOW! Our mind control the all functioning of the body including the release of enzymes, regulating blood circulation for nourishment and cleaning and building the power to fight with the harmful cancerous cells and defeat them every time. If a healthy person does the following then they will get higher level of immunity from diseases in 3 months time. However, a cancer patient will start developing immunity and 50 % relief from cancer in 3-6 months. If will be much easier after six months and complete recovery in 1-2 years. At 12:00 pm lunch time : Eat Fresh fruits and vegetables, like apples, bananas, almonds, grapes, dry fruits, green vegetables, whole-meal bread, honey, sultanas etc. / 5. So you you also upload your anxieties and worries to God or Nature which is running the whole world. / 23. We are a small part in Gods or Natures design. No one lives for ever and we all have a boxed date. When you realise it your all worries are gone, mind starts working and being a master copntols your body better, Worries create an acidic environement in the mind and which flows with the blood circulation in the body. Cancer and diseases thrive in the acidic body environment ( PH negative). We need base environment ( PH-Positive) to neutralise acidic environment to neutral environment ( PH Zero).   My gorgeous little pussy is not so little anymore. About three weeks ago now, Misty became cuddlier. We thought this was great – she was still very feisty but, she was happy being patted, brushed and all those other soothing things cats and kittens are famous for! Then, last Thursday, while watching t.v., my husband made a remark which had me thinking. “Oh no, not already. She;’s still a baby herself!” Off I went to do a bit of checking and, sure enough, she’s in season. She’s only just over 4 months old, much too young to have babies. I had planned to have her speyed in the next month or so, when she was around 6 months old, but, it looked like it was going to be NOW rather than later! We get through the weekend without her getting outside – there are other cats in the neighbourhood. Our neighbours have a couple, I hear them climbing the fence at night (they use our place as a shortcut to somewhere) and I’m sure there would be unneutered males around, too. Come Monday, I rang the vet’s. Yes, they do sterilize kittens at such a young age, so, I booked her in for Wednesday morning (today). Oops, I need a cat box! We can’t find ours, we’ve turned the house upside down a couple of times looking for it, but . . . nowhere to be found. I rang our son and asked, “Jason, may I borrow your cat box? Misty’s in heat, I ‘ve booked her in to be speyed on Wednesday, and I can’t find ours?” No problem was the reply. I went and collected it Monday night, and, in a burst of inspired genius, I left it, door open, near the front door. Neither of our previous cats have liked being in a box! Within ten minutes of coming home, Misty is in the box, checking it out – it has the smells of our son’s cats in it, it’s a new “thing” and she’s going to find herself shut in it in a couple of days. She spent about an hour in it, just lying there, snoozing. Tuesday, she did the same, only spent a bit more time in it. Of course, we can’t know how much time she spent in it during the day, as we weren’t here. After dropping hubby off at his first job this morning (hence the fog picture in my gallery), I came home, put an old towel in the box, put it on the bed, and she very happily hopped in and lay down. I put the door on while she was still settling. Not a peep out of her! I consider this most surprising. Out the door, into the car and off to the vet’s we go. She’s still silent, only making a small enquiring sound just before we turn into the vet’s. She’s finally developed a small meow, about three weeks ago, but, she still squeaks just as often as not! When we enter the vet’s, there are two dogs in there! She sits up and looks at them with great interest, we don’t think she’s ever seen a dog before. No hissing, no growling, nothing! Amazing. I put the box on the floor, and she sits, watching the dogs. Paperwork is filled out, questions asked and answered, and, STILL, not a sound out of her! Just lots of interest, in the dogs and the strange surroundings. I have to ring the vet in mid afternoon, to see how she is. She’s fine, and we can pick her up anytime before they close at 8.00 p.m. We arrive about 6.30 p.m., and she’s brought out. She’s wide awake by now and pleased to see us, greeting us with a chirp and a meow, and putting her head against the door – she wants to be scratched! She’s not in the least little bit distressed, she’s quite calm, sitting up in the box and watching and listening to the goings on with interest! We are given a page of info for her care over the next week or so, and a couple of other bits. Then, we’re off home. Hubby has the box on his lap and is scratching her head through the mesh – she wants out, but, is not greatly upset at having to wait. When we get her inside and open the door, she calmly steps out and brushes up against both of us, checks out a few things, then sits down in front of her empty food bowl. Sorry, Gorgeous, we can’t feed you for a little while yet. Soon though! She wanders around, makes sure things are where they’re supposed to be and that there is nothing needing investigating. She doesn’t appear to be in pain or in any other way deistressed. She may be a little tender, though, as she is careful in the way she makes a few small jumps, which we wish we could prevent her from doing. BUT, she’s being sensible, so, we let her go. Finally, we feed her and she’s one happy pussy now. She settles down for a while, then she’s off, like cats do, just checking things out, making sure everything is okay in her world. Now, hubby’s gone to bed so that’s where she is, too! )She goes to bed when he does.) I’m still feeling guilty for having to put her through this when she’s still so young, but . . . she’s still a baby, herself! Too young to have her own babies. At least she is now safe, and she doesn’t appear to be any the worse for the experience. We just hope she doesn’t pull her stitches out like our previous cats and the dog did. We’ve crossed our fingers, as she will be by herself for most of the day tomorrow – we will only be able to call in and check her once during the course of the day. Here’s hoping!

  The sky seems to unfold itself, as if in anger. No noise, just brilliant flashes of light. Flashes of light, miles into the air. Some, in a jagged haste, cut out into the horizon. The flashes light my pen, and my little boat. I have come here to watch the show, the spectacle that mother nature performs at her leisure. The water is so calm, unaware of the approaching rage. My small craft simply turns and rocks in the late summer breeze. / I watch as each bolt reaches me, by way of reflection. Each flash is mimicked by the mirror-like surface of the dark water.   I love most; however, some of you make me want to laugh and spit at the same time. Nothing personal, but some of you really need to get over yourselves. We all share the same sparse framework with these soft shells to boot. Sure, you have your different skin tones, varying muscle masses, fatty compositions and/or starved advents, but don’t let any of that make your mortal role any less enjoyable and fulfilling. If only there was a way for everyone to set their egos aside, forget about the concept of pride and just live until we’re pulled into this earth where most of us go when we inevitably die. It would be a nice change for once to see everyone unveil the manifestations they are—no longer masking their complexions and insecurities with these cosmetic foundations, creams, and other temporary cures. If you want to make a change, know that good things don’t come easy and the experience endured builds character in itself. I mean, enjoy life as you’d like, but don’t fall for the exploits of the vain and force a personality that is foreign to the ways of your natural being. Then again, really, this is me asking everyone to stop being scared. Not just of others, but themselves and well, fear will as live as long as Man’s knees can tremble. None of us are perfect, but some are pretty damn close. Try not to forget how to be yourselves, judge only those who’re on trial, and that everything happens for a reason.
