  • Maybe it’s silly but this really is one of the things I like about doing things on the computer … you can really fuss with subtle little changes on an image that only you may notice or even care about … I may change the other images now. These all are on Greeting Card Universe … but they are a little different then they are here. I will probably put this one on GCU too. Oh and this image is big enough to do a large poster … I just wanted to see how big an image it took. I don’t understand some of this stuff but I output it at 300 dpi with 10% file compression to keep the file size manageable … does that make it 270 dpi? I don’t really know.

  • I’m not really sure what to say here … I’ve been wanting to do this image on a shirt and I think I have a nice design here for a shirt but I am baffled by the shirt preview. These are the same pastel colors on the prints and I know RB says the shirt colors come out darker and they have a filter or something to adjust these images … but with these colors this doesn’t seem to make sense to me.

  • I did this as a greeting card image and folks seem to like it.

  • Version 2.0 Here I’ve always been a fan of Superman, the powerful simplicity of his story (from Alan Moore’s Whatever Happened to The Man of Tomorrow? : “A perfect man who fell from the sky and did only good”) is only matched by the iconic immortality of his design. This is my variation on the S-shield, using the Arabic letter س “Seen”, which corresponds to the S. [Updated: slightly so by removing the background effects and simplifying the shape.]

  • Pencil study of an inkstone and brush. One of 8 oriental themed pencil studies made for the trade paperback of my comic Ninja Tom’s ‘Philosophy of Life’

Original design: ’’Seen’’ Shield

  • the english translation of this simply states….”Allah has said the truth” and is said after we recite something from the holy Qur’an to make assurance that it is correct and true because Allah made it so.

  • Project.. might come up with a series.. / well hope you like.. comments and favs are all appreciated! =)

  • Eternity / Some concepts are difficult to grasp. / Eternity is probably one of them. Since everything we can see, including our lifes themselves have an end. What will eternity really mean? And will you get bored after so many years? / The design shows an interupted circle with ‘Eternity’ in Japanese. Detail image /
