If you’ve spent any time in Melbourne taking photos, at some stage you will come across Pellegrini’s. Understandably it is one of the most photographed cafés in the city. (They also serve a great coffee and fantastic pastas.) One of the first shots I took with my Ricoh CX2, which is an awesome compact camera. This is using the in-camera “Dynamic Range” setting.

Sitting at an outside bar would have seemed preposterous 6 days before in freezing Finland. Somehow the autumn had not caught up with my hectic holidaying and I was able to sit with my penpal and let the world go by. Timisoara, Timis, Romania. October 2008. Canon 400d, 18-55mm lens. I use no post production of any kind, unless stated.
