  • There was beauty all around, everywhere the eye wandered in the French Quarter. Balconies filled with greenery and flowers and a special vibrancy filled the air. One could hear Stanley plaintively calling out to Stella… and the spirit of Tennessee Williams was palpable in the streets… Street scene, French Quarter, New Orleans.
