I took this picture in my local cafe’ in Cusco…El Cafe Extra ! / I was having my breakfast when this man.. el Señor Castro came in ! / He is a local and he is a lovely and friendly person always with a big smile ! / But I caught him looking at the window for a long while in such a contemplative and sad mood ! I had the time to get my camera and take this photograph ! It wasn’t an easy one..there was not much light and the exposure was 1/20 second ! But I just love his expression ! Aaaaah, a relaxing morning is all one wants, but more could be afforded if your view was such, across the turquoise blues and greens of a Tahitian shore, it would truly be selfish to ask for more. What else could you want then Coffee, fruit, flowers and food ?
Corn cob raw and peeled revealing its juicy fruit…I’ve added some rough black colour in photoshop to transmit the idea of the vulnerability of nakedness…
This is the 2nd version of Naked which I submitted for the CCW7 competition…Corn cob raw and peeled revealing its juicy fruit…which is also quite phallic…and maybe unwelcomed by some or even unattainable…giving an idea of sexuality and nakedness…I’ve then added some rough black colour in photoshop to transmit the idea of the vulnerability of nakedness…and the taboo almost of people being afraid to show their intimate side…be it physically or mentally….the darkness covers the corn cob, hiding these human fears…but the cob’s outer protective skin is still visible, giving some form of security or the possibility of being able to cover up again this nakedness if necessary….A security blanket. This is my interpretation of the challenge…Thanks for viewing.

Cusco, Peru´! El Cafe Extra is the place I like more in Cusco ! / Nice and quite, welcomes tourists and local people ! / There are stories about Pablo Neruda and Che Guevara enjoying the nice coffee here when they visited the city…!!! / Not sure it´s true, but what I´m sure is that coffee here, locally produced, really taste great..! / Mr Castro is one of the many regulars, he is nice and friendly although he gets deep in thoughts sometimes ! / I love his face and expression! this is one of the many shot I took during one of the many breakfasts at El Cafe´ Extra !
Was on my trip to Paddington Brisbane and took a few photos… this place is soo adorable :)

Taken In Abington Park – Northampton, England..
Taken at Havant Thicket, after a few days illness I decided to go and stretch my legs and went for a long walk around the Thicket, afterwards I sat in the car to eat my apple and drink my bottled water. As I sat there a phesant calmly walked out of the bushes and began eating the bird food. I took a few photos and it appears to be another regular at the birds nest cafe ......LOL my new name for the feeding area.
No view of the lake, however, this charming and peaceful cafe with spring flowers was a welcome change from our cold midwestern winter. Also, this would make a nice place to meet friends or family for lunch. / /
