From the lower Hunter coastline on Australia’s east coast to the endangered bush hinterland of Stockton Bight the sun is setting on nature for perhaps the last time. In the path of extractive industry this is a swansong for the fragile environment of Stockton Bight that now more than ever needs to be conserved for all time and for all creatures. A mixture of Australian Native Flora
Royal National Park is just 32 km south of Sydney, Australia. It is the secondest oldest national park in the world, being declared soon after Yellowstone in 1879. These images were taken over a 2 year period and represent my attempts to capture some of the incredible beauty of this magnificent park. All the images are real – no elements have been edited in.
