  • for the Big Trouble in Little China fans, the logo on the side of Jack Burton’s semi! “When some wild-eyed, eight-foot-tall maniac grabs your neck, taps the back of your favorite head up against the barroom wall, and he looks you crooked in the eye and he asks you if ya paid your dues, you just stare that big sucker right back in the eye, and you remember what ol’ Jack Burton always says at a time like that: “Have ya paid your dues, Jack?” “Yessir, the check is in the mail.”

  • Johnny Depp has brought many unforgettable and interesting characters to life and here are two of arguably the most famous. Capt. Jack Sparrow and Edward Scissorhands. Parody, satire and pop art combine to make the perfect film geek shirt.

  • This is another photo of my daily commute; it seems I get inspired on Monday mornings for some reason. This shot was taken near the rowing course on Lake Ruataniwha. Featured / Red Bubble – September 2009 / Other Work HDR Horses Hydro Motorcycles People Sky

  • I painted this in layers working first with an underpainting, then adding the field, trees, a little color to the sky, and finally the workers. The medium is watercolor, I use Arches cold pressed 100% cotton paper, and the dimensions of the original painting are 12 3/8 inches x 16 inches.

  • This painting was featured both in Monochrome and in Just Watercolors. Every now and then working in Monochrome is a treat. Rather than focusing so much on color, you can concentrate on light and dark and shape and form. It is a different exercise and one I enjoy. The medium is watercolor, I use Arches cold pressed 100% cotton paper, and the dimensions of the original painting are 14 inches x 16 inches.

  • 17×19 cm / Acrylics & Watercolours in Aquarelle paper. / Full view please In a castle high on top of a hill lives an inventor’s greatest creation – Edward, a near-complete person. The creator died before he could finish his hands instead, the creation is left with metal scissors for hands. He has always lived alone, until a kind lady called Peg discovers him and welcomes Edward into her home. At first, everyone welcomes him into the community, but soon things begin to take a change for the worse… Edward Scissorhands (1990) is a Tim Burton film starring Johnny Depp, Winona Ryder and Vincent Price (as the Inventor) in his last significant film work.
