This work is to promote the new group Victoriandustrial. What is Victoriandustrial? Victorian with an edgy modern goth, punk feel. Corsets, tea parties, absinthe, Gothic Lolita. It’s subculture baby, alternative decadence. Think tight-laced corsets, decadent tea parties, bloomers, bloomered harlot/rogue, bustle skirts and combat boots. Absinthe drinkers, prince of Denmark, Dandy wretched men in tophat and tales, striped stockings and chains…. Check out the group for more information :P For this work I was trying my hardest to be punky and edgy while really showing off the Victorian style. Lol…Don’t know if I succeeded though…Oh well I had alot of fun making this :P

My pics this evening are just a bit of a cheek- took my camera along to Vicki Lees and came back with a few shots- after almost falling in her pond trying to get a good fish shot- then stuck the camera inside the rabbits cage into her bewildered little face- but all painless,and no harm done -just hope you approve of the outcome lol !! /

I P/S retouched and airbrushed face/arms – brightened eyes & deepened eye colour, added eyeshadow, lip highlight, enhanced eyebrows, re-alligned placement of left shoulder/slimmed down arms to balance the composition, added tiled floor with cracks (image sourced) adding extra hairline cracks/fractures/scattered pebbles & adjusted perspective, added b/w checkered fading off wall tiles (i shot my own wet shower floor tiles) & colour/tonal curve adjustment.
