  • Heart Built on Tears These are individually placed waterdrops on a CD. The colors come from how the light is refracted on the surface. It’s really easy to arrange shapes since you can just drag the drop with any sharp object and it will stay perfectly spherical and not loose any water :) So this is a bit feminine, but boo double standards :) / These are the descriptions I give on dA —-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—- / Location: Portland, OR / Date: August 30th, 2008 / —-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—- Camera: Canon Digital Rebel XSi (450D) / Lens: Canon Macro Lens EF-s 60mm f/2.8 / Focal Length: 60 mm / Flash: Built-In Shutter Speed: 1/60 sec / Aperture: 2.8 / ISO: 400 / — MY PHOTOGRAPHS ARE COPYRIGHTED AND NOT FOR USE OF STOCK, CANNOT BE REDISTRIBUTE, EDITED, AND/OR COPIED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. • BETTER VIEWED LARGER Campbell’s Cove was formerly docks in the early days of the Colony of Sydney, this is where everything that had to be imported and exported passed throuh. These grand old buildings in Sydneys “Rocks ” district thankfully survive along with other buildings once threatened by demolision the area of the Rocks was saved by residents and unions from being demolished. Now the home of restaurants, hotels pubs and history, a walk through the rocks is like walking back in time The shot is the result of five bracketted shots then processed with photomatix, its a little bit heavier in hdr than my normal but i liked the effect. This area is now home to waterfront restaurants
