Trying something a little different with this shot. Taken at night but modified by increasing the exposure values by a lot. Creates an interesting effect. I also took a Panoramic of the Millennium Bridge and the Quayside. See what you think. Birds Of Prey Christmas Cards Night Scenes Landscape / Scenic

Como, Colorado is a place which stands in time….it is also a favorite place of mine to shoot at. It is a place where time stands still, where the buildings still echo 1865. Long forgotten it still has a few habitants. Founded in 1859, it is a town which came about during the Pikes Peak Gold Rush. There is quite an interesting site here which shows the town during it’s heyday. I really wanted an image that represented something between the meaning of the word “memory” yet also portrayed the word “Ghost Town” at the same time. This is the end result. The photographs in this calendar were taken in Germany, Switzerland, England and Scotland… and have two things in common…one, they’ve had textures added during post-processing… and two, they are my favourite images in this category. / /

I dusted off an old picture that I took a couple of years ago. It was a fantastic winter day with bright sun and clear sky with a puffy cloud here and there. The winter sun was low on the horizon even at mid-day and threw long shadows. I’m ready for a cup of hot chocolate! Now also a Season’s Greeting card for Christmas.

A deserted farm cottage in rural ireland with a tatch roof. This is a really old famine cottage with a pile of turf outside, a small shed and an overgrown wall.

This photo was taken in May 2007 and was the third port of call on the first Disney TransAtlantic cruise. It was early morning when the ship arrived at Gibraltar. The back side of the “Rock” was all that was visible while in port, and it was being refered to as the green side of the rock, since there was a lot of vegatation growing. The sunrise was fantastic that day.
