  • Macro shot of a yellow ladybug

  • A little red ant having a good old time rolling around in the pollen, he seemed a bit perturbed at my lens following him all around though.

  • I take a lot of macro shots of bugs and flowers, it got me to thinking what it must be like from their POV. When I saw a large cluster of this ornamental grass (called Hare’s Tail/Bunny Tail (Lagurus ovatus)) on the beach I got down on my belly in the sand and took this shot. /

  • I’m so jazzed. Was lucky enough to get this shot right in front of my house this morning. These guys keep moing and I kept shooting. Out of about 30 shots this was the best before he left. Only minor Photoshop work here. The background was the actual color of the sky today. He’s resting on a Mexican Bird Of Paradise.
