  • Never Quit Searching
    by hatefueled

    US$4.28–US$114.00

I finally got to paint this from my digital manipulation, Don’t Give Up Searching . I’m so pleased with the result. I used a few different textures and oil paint and made the eye brown rather then blue so that the image was unified in pallet to suit a college project so that I could paint this particular piece without abandoning duty.

  • 'Aching,' Northern Rwanda
    by Melinda Kerr

    US$4.56–US$121.60

This child watched through a broken window as we worked inside. It’s times like this when the natural, uncontrived symbolism of circumstance just presents itself to you and all you have to do is click. There was not pretence, no staging, no crap. Just reality. It still engages me now. Look at his eyes. What is he thinking? He’s aching. He is full on aching. How can I help them more, how can I help them more, how can I help them more… Please give if you can or pass it on to someone else. That’s giving too. All proceeds to charity. NOW AVAILABLE AS A CHRISTMAS CARD! /

  • bog fairy
    by jesse lindsay

    US$2.94–US$78.28

from i book im working on,i likes it!

  • On the 12th day of May 2008 I witnessed (along with thousands of others) a perfect circle in the form of a rainbow around the sun at about noon-time at a beautiful place in the Philippines. Completely perplexed, stunned and amazed at this extraordinary and divine sight, I HAD to create this artwork. Im not sure where you were or what you were doing at this same moment of time but I guess this is all we have. Small pigments of time all squeezed together. And if we’re blessed enough, we get moments like these and realise even for a second the gravity of God’s love. There were no photo’s taken at the time and all I had available to me was the memory of this moment… The moment my heart burned. Print available. / Vector digital art created in illustrator.

  • I was thinking about if the Neapolitan ice cream flavours of strawberry, vanilla and chocolate were characters and came up with this picture. Strawberry is girly, Vanilla is happy and Choc looks tough but a really big melting softy!

  • The Kiss
    by 3rdeyefotos

    US$3.42–US$91.20

The two lovers enter each others mouths in a passionate exchange of lust and sexual energy. Shedding their clothing slowly, they progress to more and more heated exchanges of hand movements and mouth actions. Inside each other, they have found something so alluring and erotic that neither can go a day without the sensuous bodily rhythm they share.

  • Just before the dawn
    by amarica

    US$3.42–US$91.20

It was just a moment, / but we could not foresee / that our time together here / would be so brief. It was not long enough. / How were we to see? / We could not have even known it / that you were stepping into eternity. It was just a moment. / We had no way of knowing, / you were not going / to stay here with me. Now, sometimes just before the dawn, / I think I actually can see / you turning in my direction / saying, “Come on! Catch up with me!” But I know I must be content / with the time you shared with me. / For I’ll always know that / our romance will always be. / / If even for a moment / we were in love and shared it. / It will last forever in my mind / and I’ll see you again some day. This work was inspired by the poem Just before the dawn of two lives shared for just a moment and the memories that are left behind by separation. When we have lost someone, sometimes we can almost see them in the brief hours just before the dawn. Our thoughts of them and memories seem the strongest when we are alone. In our longings to hold them one more time, we reach out in the depths of dreams touching them at least in the hidden recesses of our mind. • Come in from the rain
    by amarica

    US$3.42–US$91.20

“If you can’t stand the pain, / then come in from the rain,” / that’s what I heard him say, / but I didn’t know it’s meaning. I got lost along the way, / somewhere between tomorrow and yesterday. / And his words echoed in my brain, / but I still didn’t know the meaning. / / I thought I saw him today, / but it was just a memory of his face, / And then a stranger walked away. / It was then I realized his meaning. I felt the rain upon my face / washing the pain away… / Now my heart could mend again, / when I understood the meaning. My heart and mind washed clean, / I let him fade away… / He wasn’t worth the pain / the answer now was clear…that’s the meaning. ^This artwork was inspired by the poem Come in from the rain I wrote many years ago after losing someone I loved dearly who did not return that love. I found I could grow through and recover. It taught me the meaning of the mental cleansing and the metaphorical healing of the spiritual rain that gives us new beginnings and lets us wash away the pain. • The doe took a little time off from busy eating for the photo opportunity, although she didn’t want to give up the tasty colorful leaf. By now everyone who has ever seen my work knows that I’m absolutely “addicted” to develop a deep relationship and establish an intimate communication with mule deer (we don’t have a lot of white-tailed deer around here). Everyday I go out there in the early mornings, hoping to have a close encounter! :) Donation to charity / 50% of the proceeds of the sale of this image will be donated to Nature Canada
