This 9” x 12” portrait of a Bullmastiff dog waiting patiently for his master to return was created in artist colour pencils on Stonehenge paper and took over 55 hours to complete. This piece was awarded First Prize in the Painting & Drawings: Animals class at an Art Show that I entered. This image has been Featured in the Cats and Dogs (1 per day) group.

This fellow let me capture him up close because I was kind to him. I do not have PS so things are what they are. I think this fellow has it all figured out. Sleeps where he wants, Eats well, has many to love him. The rest is topping on the cake so to say.

This is from a trip we took to see my sister .. we were on the road and this called to us ..it had a very fast river coming out of it which crashed downstream for miles. The light was hitting the side of the mountains in spots. Its been a long time ago but the views in this state are amazing. Scanned from 35mm Slide. A Nice Place For The Wall

I haven’t created a new fractal in a while, so I thought it was time. For some reason, I just can’t break myself away from the whole sphere thing. Even my paintings when I was younger all had some sort of sphere. Someone once told me it was my secret signature, who knows? Don’t ya just love the title though? The tones of this piece reminded me of coffee with lots of cream, maybe a rounded sugar cube, hense the Expresso reference. And the rest, well hey, it’s an abstract, I can name it any ridiculous name I want! Hey looky here … remember this guy? ... he’s all dressed up and no place to go … well unless he has some help … put on way too many pounds since ya last saw him wouldn’t ya think? .. what? what? oh you say Princess Leia strangled him using those chains? ... well what you don’t know is that, sure he died alright, but .. get this … pieces of his blubber survived the explosion and drifted though space for quite some time until this entity found it and using magick .. ok ok highly advanced technological techniques … he brought the blubber boy back to life .. he cloned him .. ya it’s not the same Jabba though physically he’s got the same DNA.. but mentally .. well let’s just say his past life was wiped clean … also heard that he still has a penchant for overdoing the good life … his rescuer took a liking to him and decided to relocate him to a new home .. all creature comforts taken care of for life … so where’s that you ask? .. chuckle … he’s now living in luxury in a holographic zoo on some planet in a faraway galaxy .. seems the poor bugger has no clue .. best perhaps for all, yes?... so how do I know this? .. come closer .. don’t want everyone to know … you see I met this trader ….whisper whisper whisper …......... The mule deer congregate in our area for the rut as we are on a sparsely populated butte. The afternoon light provides a rich frame to set off their stunning strength and beauty, and the fading fall colors provide a soft counterpoint.
