Captured along the Mount Evans Wilderness in Colorado, the Bristlecone Pines are some of the oldest living things on planet Earth, many of which are thousands of years old. They look unlike anything else you have ever seen. For this shot, I really wanted a “fine art” look and feel, and though I do have both a color and B&W of this, the sepia is ultimately what I chose to display it with, and I feel it gives teh best results. Captured on my Minolta 5D using my Sigma 28-90 Macro lens, backed by a Hoya CPL. Hope ya all like it! / John
