This is our little chihuahua, Casper, in his favourite place (my bed). Trying hard not to wake up! This little fellow came to us as a rescue chihuahua after bad treatment (he was washed in a caustic solution to get rid of fleas, and hence had his skin burned …. but he is fine now). this image featured in the group Cats and Dogs, one per day in March 2009. She has never shied away from expressing her abhorrence of all forms of oppression and prejudice; racism sexism homophobia extreme religious zealotry Nazism etc. / / Various extreme right wing morons have waged a battle against her for years, these are the people who believe a Black man is not fit to lead a country and who would stoop to any depths to see Helen and other liberal minded people silenced. They use lies and deceit to further their self serving causes. I have personally been goaded by them too. It sickens me that they have won :-( / / This is a very sad day for people here who care about the things that are really important and that make a very real difference to the quality of humanity, surely among adults a few swear words aimed at an antagonist do not constitute a hanging offence?
