I put the phrase on the top and bottom of the picture to show how much some people can get involved in music, letting it take over their lives and actions. like when something bad happens on the news, and they use music or musicians to put the blame on… i guess it was kinda my answer to that. My apologies for having no originality in flower choice but as you can see, I love my plain old dandelions! Anyway, in this image there are 3 stages of flower from the same plant, the bud, the flower and the post-flower fairy which to me are like 3 generations. I chose the layers and treatment to reflect all 3 generations by being aged yet still bright and not faded. / Have sold 1 x laminated print.

Old barn with a new look. A BIG Thank-You goes to Kimberly Palmer for giving this old barn a new look. The county wants to tear this barn down. They claim it is an eye-sore… so sad. It has so much character!

Another hand coloured photo from the vaults. This is a flatbed scan of a 10×8 inch photograph that has been printed with two negs just out of register. Then it was doused with various inks and food colourings and scratched and abused with a kitchen scourer before being splattered with gold paint. Tthe Yeh Yeh was burnt in to the surface of the print with a soldering iron….then it’s been allowed to mature for about twenty years before scanning and being uploaded here. Kept it’s colours pretty well I think …. there has been no photoshop work at all done to this… its straight from the scanner.
