  • Putsborough is a beach on the coast of North Devon, England, between Croyde and Woolacombe. Putsborough beach is situated on the southern end of Woolacombe Sands. The surf works at all tide stages but mid to high tend to have an edge. It is the only beach in the area that benefits from some protection from the South/Southwesterly winds, thanks to Baggy Point headland. Peaks are scattered all along its length. It has a fairly slow waves which are suitable for beginners. The sandy beach has some rocky outcrops which provide paddling pools.

  • THIRD PLACE in the challenge Sunset Extraveganza This shot I did 2 years ago, while being at work, so I grabed company camera “canon” and did a shot. While I was looking for camera the light in the sky start fading. Just imaging that the light actually was lighting up the whole sky and people where scrieaming: “Fire, fire”. Actually I did screamed fisrt. / North Yorkshire, Scarborough, England / /

  • An incoming snowstorm at Lake Tahoe. this is a 5 shot pano [][][][][]. very tough editing due to not using a GND on the right side of the photo, so I had to compensate for that in photoshop. If I had a better tripod I would have had much more luck, the damn thing kept moving when i would adjust the filter. Fixed the brightness of the photo with a few curves, levels and brightness layers, then went to LAB to work on the colors. went back to RGB to warm up the photo a bit. Resized using the Marc Adamus’ technique
