A late night view of the New York City skyline and the Hudson River.
This shot was taken a few years back during our trip to China. Hong Kong is a great city. I’m not much of a city fan, but there is something magic about Hong Kong and I tried to bring home a little of that magic. Also available as wallpaper

Some beautiful texture and colour on a building in Essaouira, Morocco. This is how I envisage the three of them being displayed, in fact I have them in a box frame like this and I think they’re pretty spiffy! I’ve tried to simulate the style of frame to give you a sense of it.

Pulled out of the archives from a while ago… A 3 exposure HDR in Photomatix software. This photo was taken with my old Canon 300D, I had a fair bit of trouble deciding what white balance to go with but I think it worked out ok. This image was taken on the same night as the following images: Click here for my other images of Melbourne
If there was a choice between using a regular escalator or climbing ten flights of those stairs, I would choose the stairs without any hesitation! It has to be a happy climb! The Palais des Congrès in Montreal, Quebec, is a genuine feast for the eyes. It’s a convention center with a design relying mostly on its fabulous coloured windows. The effect is absolutely delightful, casting gorgeous colours both inside and outside the building, like a giant kaleidoscope. Focal length 55mm / ISO-200 / Aperture f/9 / Shutter 1/250 sec. The iconic Brisbane Story bridge. Need I say more?
This fella also plays a staring role in my painting ‘Greener Pastures’. and is a cross between a fawn and a donkey, hence his name. Here he explores the CBD to see why all those humans keep getting on the cattle trucks to go there every day.
