Unusual angle on the Anzac Bridge, Sydney.
Webb Bridge is down-to-earth, a project Melbourne can be proud of, built among the superannuated towers of Docklands. It suggests, romantically, the fishing nets, cages, middens and naughty hosiery of the old wharfs. It is biological and ethereal, a stab in the dark and sculptural.
Taken on a fabulous day in Redding, California – straight from my older HP digital camera on manual setting for daylight. I wanted to take a different view of the bridge and walked around and look up and this is what i saw. I moved around a little to try to get the wires all lined up and even with top of my frame. This is the result. I hope you like it.
As the title suggests, this was taken on the iconic Brooklyn Bridge in Noo Yawk City :o)

The Sydney Harbour Bridge is not just grand; it’s amazing. It’s one of those things where, the longer you spend studying it, the more amazing little details start to jump out at you. I love the subtle fractal nature of the bridge. The large, repetitive crosses that form the two arches are themselves made up of many small crosses, and the large triangles that run up each side joining the arches are constructed from many triangles. Is it on purpose? / Or just a freak of Engineering? / Either way, it’s beautiful. Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Like this photo? Get a print of it and hang it on your wall! /
Clicking on the image for a more detailed view is highly recomended. A bit different from my more nature and environment based subject that I normally upload…But this is yet another composition that I had wanted to capture for a long time but couldn’t think of a good way to do it. The run of foggy mornings in the last week made me curious to explore it in these conditions.I like the result, I feel it has a smooth yet coldness emotion… / Fuji G617 – Velvia 100F. / ©T.Middleton2008 —-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—- / / see more of my TRUE panoramic photography by clicking on the image below / / -

This photo was taken on the backroads of Fayette Station near New River Gorge in West Virginia, Fayette County. There are plenty of falls and run offs all around this winding mountian. Title from a certain Chris Isaak song… I haven’t been taking a lot of photos whilst enjoying my stay in San Francisco but this little visit to a certain bridge we all know, made the fact that I hadn’t been out not matter to me at all, I absolutely loved this spot and I can’t wait to come back to this great city and explore it a little bit more… Without a doubt this is already one of my favourite photos out of the many thousands I have taken over the past 18 months or so, thanks for looking :D / Settings Canon 40D, 10-22mm IS.
