Melbourne City after twilight from Princes Bridge. / Viewed from Southbank on the Yarra River 1.5hrs after sunset. Melbourne is a very pretty city at night with lots of memorable locations. / 30D, 24-70L,mirror lock-up+timer,24mm, 1/15th, f/11,iso100. I’d left my tripod at home so ended up balancing the camera and propping the lens with a Malteeses choclate box. made from two photo’s, one shot above and then another below to capture the view and also to boost detail for print.

we were out for a walk on the quayside in Newcastle and the gulls were going crazy, managed to get this one catching a piece of bread and even managed to get half the tyne bridge in !!!! lucky or what :-)

A photo of St-Simeon’s pier, the most beautiful place I saw when I went for my little 3 days trip.While taking this shot ,a nice couple on a moto talked to me ,I ask for a little auberge to sleep for the night and they decided to invite me to their home.That’s Quebec,I would have done the same but it was a first for me…couldn’t believe it.I sent some photos by email and they were very happy.They are living at five minutes from there in a beautiful place called La Malbaie near the St-Lawrence river.The same day in the afternoon I took «Pointe-au-Père» and in the evening the sky became lavander blue,a real dream. / / /

Herringfleet Mill can be found where you might least expect to find it – about twenty yards on the Suffolk side of the Norfolk/Suffolk border. Given Norfolk’s monopoly on spectacular, well-preserved mills, it seems only fair that neighbouring Suffolk should have a few of its own…although it should be noted that even this mill is officially in the Norfolk Broads. This photograph was taken on an extremely February day. A 13 seconds’ exposure captured the movement of the clouds as they raced across the East Anglian sky. Canon EOS 5D and EF 16-35mm lens. Exposure of 13 seconds at f/22.

...am feeling all golden today like honey, caramel and molten gold..lol! Golden .’Eventide’ – the latter part of the day (the period of decreasing daylight from late afternoon until nightfall); “he enjoyed the evening light across the lake” / even, evening, eve – the time after sunrise and before sunset while it is light outside;....a first experimental digital creation inspired by this song..I layered 4 photographs I took at the River Waveney Norfolk Broads…used theRedfield fractalius/organic edges plug-inz& burn/opacity/multiply tools then cloned/tweaked coloured & melancholytron to bring it all together. Save the Wildlife..World Animal Foundation ........
