The funny sign actually read that way…wonder what boat would fit? A drive by, I almost missed seeing this, I was looking on the other side of the car so I just quickly snapped this one. I cropped some off the bottom and clarified a bit. Thanks for viewing. :)

Kilcona Park is on the Northeast corner of The City of Winnipeg MB. I think this make a great photo for the Human & Nature Group not only because it has man-made things mixed with nature, but also because Kilcona Park is a retired landfill site turned back to nature. / Photo as is from my Canon Rebel XT(DSLR). / Taken on May 18th, 2009.

I see this bridge often, but I have not had a chance to take a shot of it before (it’s on the clockwise M25, just after the junction with the M40, I think). I don’t know who put that up there (a pacifist with spelling difficulties? a vegetarian with a wicked sense of humour?) but it is just brilliant for giving you a good chuckle before you enter the endless queues and hold ups in the roadworks section of Britain’s busiest motorway! It’s taken with my little P&S, from inside the car, so don’t expect any quality miracles here – Just thought it was funny and wanted to share it :-) P.S. – No, I was not taking pictures while driving, it’s a start-stop traffic jam! :-) UPDATE / I did some research on this… Apparently there is a London based Graffiti artist who goes by the name of PEAS. He added his name on the bridge, and later some other clever clogs added the full phrase! [Casio Exilim EX-S10, f:2.8, 1/200sec, ISO-50]
