Salem, Oregon / I found this lonely leaf on a bridge over a creek. I loved the way you can see the water between the slats of the bridge. Comments are always welcomed.

I’m so excited to have beautiful fall colors this year! For the past few years we’ve either had wind storms that stole all our leaves before the colors were ready, or everything just skipped right to brown. This photo was taken at Oak Opening Metropark in NW Ohio.
Yep – my fourth trip this fall! An autumn view of the Ozone Falls at Rickett’s Glen State Park, Benton, PA. I was lucky enough to spend a beautiful day at the falls with some Keystone State members on 10/26/09. The falls were very powerful after a weekend of heavy rain, and there was still plenty of gorgeous color in the leaves. I set the camera on a rock at the base of the falls to get a different perspective on this picture.
11/23/09 ~ Featured in Fall in the North-East USA ~ Thank you!! :o) 11/1/09 ~ Featured in Streams and Stream Crossings ~ Thank you very much ♥ I had to run my mom for an appointment…. so I never waste a free moment…. Until she was done, I took a stroll along South Front Street, Harrisburg and captured the wonderful display of autumn beauty and bridges along the Susquehanna River. Taken 10/30/09, Harrisburg, PA.
A beautiful autumn stoll along South Front Street, Harrisburg. The ivy was beautiful on this old railroad bridge. You can see several of the seven bridges that cross the Susquehanna River. For the first time I tried the Orton Effect which involves layering, brightness, opacity and blurring, and it looks like a dream walk! I also edited out a large garbage can – I was going to physically move it, but didn’t want to touch it…. thank you Photoshop! Photo taken 10/30/09, Harrisburg, PA
