  • Some places…out here in the midwest…you can buy anything…”Boyd’s World Famous” is one of those places. Everything there is for sale…except maybe the donkey. Don’t know why it is world famous…but that is what the sign says….just happened upon the place one day. Had no idea it was there and certainly couldn’t drive by without stopping to find out exactly why it was world famous! Custer, SD, USA

  • This kangaroo was spotted at Severs Beach on the Pambula River in the Ben Boyd National Park, New South Wales, Australia. Having snuck up on him slowly, I’d say he was about six feet tall and looking for some lady kangaroo action. Just after I took this, he decided it was time we parted.

  • Post impressionist acrylic landscape painting at Waugoola Creek, Cowra. NSW. Arthur Boyd painted with the palms of his hands, but for the life of me when I tried to paint that way I always ended up painting with my fingers. The only brush work in this painting is in the tree trunks.
