This here rainbow was the most intense I’ve ever seen..Litterally on fire where it touched the horlzon. The light was also turning it on big time…I was lucky to have my wife there holding an umbrella over me and my camera while I was clicking away to keep the drops off my lens and ND. filters…thanks for looking and comments most welcome.

Oil Pastel And Acrylic (With minor digital enhancements) Here’s Ophelia all dressed up for a party that she’s hosting! A party that celebrates all that life has to offer,both the good and not so good :D She’s wearing her new flower feather clips and a ribbon belt to adorn her waist. All who read this will be invited! A belief that Life is to be celebrated, not just the ups but the downs too. It is easier to give thanks and rejoice when things go well for us but can we still do the same when things dont turn out the way we want them to? In dry or in bountiful times, I keep reminding myself to count my blessings…to adopt the mindset of abundance and not of scacity. Noodle is a former pound kitty. He was to be put to death, thank God we found him before it was too late! He is a fantastic friend; very comical, into everything, and he loves everybody – even the neighborhood dogs. He insists on being held, kissed and carried around. He joins conversations and loves to pose for camera! He is very much a people lover.

A Majestic Friesian Stallion named Leo owned by Stefanie Maas. I shot this in the afternoon in raw with my Canon Rebel XT and the Canon 70-200 IS 2.8 lens, converted in PSCS3, extracted the unattractive bg and added a textured layer.
