I spent all day Saturday ‘harvesting’ the garden. The pile of tomatoes, miniature pumpkins, and indian corn were gathered on the lawn in front of my marigolds. There was such a menagerie of color and pleasing shapes and designs that I spent almost twice as much time photographing the fruits of my labor than I actually did harvesting them! / Here is a sampling of autumn’s bounty for your enjoyment! / I think this would make a lovely Thanksgiving greeting card! / /

Fruits of the Forest are Very Bountiful this year going into Early Fall Season 2008. / / The Food of Plenty for all the wild life to enjoy, their harvest is full in Due Season. / / Some even eatable for humans, but I won’t even go there, Mushrooms are very dangerous!

A heaping wheelbarrow of potatoes from our garden. We only planted 4 rows about 20ft long. This is a least double what we got last year. Thanks to God for a bountiful harvest. / Taken in Winnipeg MB, Canada October 10th 2009 / Happy Thanksgiving!
