Boreas Pass Rd is the access to the Section House located on the pass of the same name. The road itself is an easy ski. But the views of the Continental Divide provide a backdrop is that is always unforgettable.
Mt. Democrat – 14,148’, located in the Tenmile-Mosquito Range near Breckenridge Colorado along Boreas Pass plays a nice backdrop to the Sulphur flowers growing, as golden hour provides the natural lighting for the scene. Boreas Pass Colorado outside of Breckenridge is quite teh place I must say, it is one of those places that a photographer only dreams about and luckily, I was recently there while the thunderstorms came in over the 10 Mile range of the Rockies, and the Wildflowers were in bloom, at sunset.
