The beautiful photograph is of a volcano in Costa Rica called Mt. Arenal. This picture was taken upon sunrise. It was a breath-taking place to visit. The volcano is actually still active and we saw bright red/orange lava spilling from the peak during the night.

Taken on our boat on Ha Long Bay, Viet Nam. Nice blue skies, beautiful scenery and emerald green water – an amazing place to visit.

Two men in a dinghy beneath the power transmission lines which escape from the local power station in Gladstone, Queensland, Australia. Cooling water is taken up and dumped in the area, and this warm water forms a habitat for species of fish which may not otherwise live there. This image is one of a number I took around Queensland’s Capricorn Coast region, which is dominated by cattle and coal industries.

This is another picture of Mt. Arenal-an active volcano in Costa Rica. This picture was taken just a few minutes after the other picture at sunrise was taken. These pictures are beautiful, but they still do not compare to the breath-taking scenes of that special place.
