This is another old work that I took around 2003 in my Grandmothers garden..and it has remained one of my favorites as well as a personal best seller over the years…I hope that you love it as much As I do…. The butterfly is a tiger striped swallowtail Butterfly ( I believe it is a male) It was taken with my Minolta maxxum 3 SLR and all that was done as far as processing this image was cropping…. my friend Donna, is going to be so proud of me. Not only did I get a butterfly, but!.. he he.. I can identify this butterfly . I would like to start donating ten percent of of any proceeds from my ” Florida wild-life images” to the prevention of _abuse to women . A field behind my house in Lawton, Oklahoma. A while after sunset. Longer than normal exposure while I purposely moved the camera down…I wanted it blurred. The only manipulation done was lowering the temperature down in photoshop making it more blue…I have a thing for blue right now…not sure why… Nikon D80 / March 2009

when you are a child.. you live you love / you dream its just the way it is.. I always hope that every child will be able to be whom they need to be , and never go to sleep at night in any fear of any adult.. this precious child was watching birds at the 6 mile Cyrpress slough, . yesterday , and I will always remember these days when we go out as girls on a day off.. they are so looks forward to , as a little child.. I really love them.. The Florida group meets once a month to take photos , and I sure love being with the girls..
