View across the sea towards Central Pier Blackpool UK, shot from the North Pier when the storm was breaking and the light was striking the water. The ferris wheel is mounted on the pier and the Pepsi Max Big One roller Coaster, once the highest in the world can be seen in the distance at Blackpool Pleasure beach. One of a sequence that has had no manipulation in colour. This is how the shot came back from the printers…….(loss of) colour due to leaving the film on the dashboard of the car in full sunlight prior to developing. this was a shot where i was trying to get the impact of the clouds from behind the ferris wheel that it would make the impact of the ferris wheel better with the strong contrast of the picture, enjoy
I am designing 12 images based around the months of the year and the old Celtic luna months. They will reflect the changing of the seasons and the ever turning wheel of the year, the magic and mystery attatched to each part of the cycle and any special festivals falling in those months. I hope you enjoy them as much as I am enjoying creating them :) Blessings Angie* These make magical cards for Birthday months :-)
Someone off here asked me if I would do a design of my line art of a downhill mountain biker so here it is. I hope they like it.

The Adelaide Eye, as we called it.. a not so giant ferris wheel, located across the road from our apartment in Glenelg, where we stayed over the weekend. I’ve always wanted to capture a ferris wheel, never had the chance to do it until this moment. Desaturated this one and added a texture from www.deviantart.com to achieve a more vintage look. Reminds me of summers gone past from my childhood.
