  • Eventually I intend to make a series of “weeds” shots. The rationale being that often the things we consider to be an eyesore can actually be very beautiful. This is the first but don’t hold your breath. I get sidetracked easily. / —-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-——-

  • The inner depths of a Moon Flower with a blue tint. If you need a bit of relaxing, just enlarge this image and submerge yourself into the depths of it; it really works! There is something about the calming effect of the color blue, and being enveloped in this luscious flower blossom does the trick for me! I actually took this in a bowl of water, on my kitchen table….the light was just coming through the window a bit and it added a little “glow” to the blossom…....this is taken with a Canon A640, 10 megapixel….....hope you enjoy it as much as I. The Inner Depths of Blue There is nothing like it, / Not the sweet smell of the elegant Rose, / Nor the luminescence of the morning dew. / Nothing shares the calming effects of / The Inner Depths of Blue.

  • natural design is definitely a favorite subject for me . Hope you enjoy . Captures take in fort Myers, waters, Florida USA . Florida has so many great places to paddle. No state can match its variety of water – lakes, inlets, lagoons, rivers, streams, springs, ocean and a gulf – accessible 365 days a year! And, there seems no better way to explore this vast network of water than by canoe. It’s easy to cast away your cares and find peace and relaxation among Florida’s matchless beauty – there’s nothing like the quiet of Mother Nature to soothe and give you a fresh outlook on things. An added bonus is the many opportunities to see wildlife along the way – white and blue herons, turtles, alligators, and sandhill cranes to name a few. So, pack a picnic and test your spirit of adventure… discover the “real” Florida. Almost 50 of Florida’s State Parks permit canoing, with over half of those offering equipment rentals, so no matter where you are in the state, chances are you are close to water. Here are some of the more popular locations for setting out on your adventure… source of info
