Just thought I’d tell folks about a nice floral greeting card … of course it’s one of mine and the design just wouldn’t post well for a card here. It is a true Daylily and is the smallest one I am aware of. It is also one of the few in a near blue color … it is called a blue lily but it does lean to the purple side in my mind. About the size of a nickel, it is very fragile and I suspect last years drought conditions here took out the very last one I had. Funny thing is, I got them from one of those cheapo housewares stuff catelogs and haven’t seen them since. It really is a gorgeous little flower and of course each bloom only lasts for a day. I will miss them If I ever see them again I will buy a thousand of them so I can plant them all over and find a place they will thrive! I did the card with a pruple background and a green background in both greeting card and postcard form … be sure to check out the inside of the greeting card version. Please check it out! Thank-you. http://www.zazzle.com/HSM2007/product/137782409661820421

Why is the sky blue? Something to do with rays of light and the ocean? Maybe, maybe not. Maybe somebody just painted it blue. Somebody with a giant paint brush, and equally big hands (because they’d need big hands to hold such a big brush, obviously). Or maybe there were no hands involved, not even a brush – maybe the sky just painted itself. One day. Out of nowhere. It got bored of being what it was – whatever it was – and painted itself blue? Who knows? Does God know? No, he doesn’t! For one must be real in order to provide humanity with answers, otherwise we are learning nothing, but complete nonsense. Does science have the answer? It thinks it does, but what’s to say that science is right. Facts don’t lie? How do we know this is true? How do we know that the Earth is round? How do truly know that people have gone into space? Maybe it’s all just a ploy to get all to believe, to follow! Maybe, maybe not. Maybe I’m thinking too much? Maybe I should go to bed? Maybe I’ll wake up in a padded room surrounding by doctors telling me that I’ve created a world in my head, a world where I’m a University student, a vegetarian, and a member of a website called Redbubble? Maybe the internet isn’t real. Maybe I’m not real… are you? I don’t know… but what I do know is this: the sky is blue. Whether you like it or not.
