Taken on top of Vail Resorts near Chair #11(Colorado). I worked here for the winter season of 2003-04. My place of business is off the distance in this photo. My job required me to be on top of the mountain every morning before the sun had risen. We often sat here waiting for the sun to rise just so we could warm up a little, but my photos that were taken in this spot are priceless to me. The skiers in the photo are the lift operators getting on their way to open the next lift for us (what a pity they didnt stay with me to continue watching this marvel). / This photo is the proudest moment of my life. When ever I feel down or sad I close my eyes to remember this moment. / There were alot of people there that day and it seemed that I was the only lucky one with a camera. It was a very cold morning and I destinctly remember how warm the sun was as soon as it came up. / And in case you are wondering…....... NO it is not manipulated at all.

Power boat cruising by “Big Red” lighthouse in the Holland Harbor. “Big Red” is the only lighthouse that has a name and is most photographed. It is a historical landmark and its friendly guiding light has brought many ships home safe.

the sounds, the vibrations, the movement. The energy of life is well upon us and I felt the inspiration for this one has come from colour, music and flow. It doesn’t make much sense, but we structure it anyway. Some times it melts, we fit in the little moments of our true selves and reveal that our true selves are in everything we do. there are no signs we need, no hoops to jump through. We are already here and knowing where we are, we are there. Living. Enjoy.

I had a look at another artist here on red bubble and was reminded of my very inspiration for painting-the deep sea creatures. / . . / Not dolphins and whales (though I like them). / . / The weird, colourful blobby things. The variation of life is endless. / . / We find value in repetition. / . / We search for habit that is gratifying. / . / What we need is to live in each moment-which means do what ever (good) thing we could do, if we didn’t think about it and ruin the moment analysing it’s potential. / . / hmm, it looks even better in real life. !

thoughts, feelings, knowing-it’s a synapses of awareness. You get little gems along the grapevine and they are gold. alternatively, Steve (bodymechanic) says this reminds him of pyjamas. Obviously has a relaxing effect!
