This is a photo of the sea barrier at the wharf in St. Phillips, Newfoundland. The salt water from the ocean has rusted the bolts and caused this array of rainbow colors to stain the wood. / / Visit my website On The Rock Photography /

This image inspired a collaboration with / chord0 / / His poem God’s love in Nature suite this image perfectly. God’s love in Nature / When slight and silenced, / With rumors of corollas and wings, / Is love that fills everything! / Have agitated waves / And the deep vertigo / Of the abyss and the distance. / Life and Death, eternal Love / Of pain and exuberance, / Keep me chained / To the light of his Word / And that sleeps at dusk / In the footprints of the plants. Please check his writings and gallery Bacara Beach in Santa Barbara, California during magic hour at dusk. The pier in the background is the Venoco Ellwood pier and is used only by the oil company, to load and unload personnel and supplies for the oil rigs in the Channel Islands passage. / Image was taken using HDR technique. —-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-- / —-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-- /

Point Lonsdale pier, at the Port Phillip Bay Heads, just prior to dawn on a rather rainy morning. Psalm 119:105 105Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. Pentax istDS Camera.
Late afternoon sun going down and standing on the reverse side of the Causeway to Granite Island South Australia. The light shining through under the structure from the setting sun was quite vibrant especially with the backdrop of a brooding winters sky. I know I have many images of this on my site but I just love the way it changes with every visit. Plus having my fathers ashes spread off the Causeway makes this a special place to visit. HDR merge of three images within photoshop.
/ Where am I? / How can I differentiate between the real world / And the dream world? / Which world am I in / Or am I in the unknown, somewhere in between? / Where does reality end / And the dream start? / Is this dream real / Or is this reality a dream? / Do I need to decide which path to take / To the right world? / Or in the end, does it really matter / As long as I follow my heart? / —-—-—-—-—-—-—-——- / Long Exposure taken at Werribee South. / Canon 40D w/ EF-S 10-22mm / Aperture: f/20 / Shutter: 40 sec / ISO: 100

Rick and Gypsy walking along the Beachport Jetty, (second longest in South Australia), at Beachport in the Limestone Coast region. The jetty is currently under repairs and handrails and railway tracks have been removed, creating the flat unguarded jetty you see here. Stretching into the distance like a runway!
