The water was so clear over in The Maldives that you could clearly see from about 15 meters away. I miss it :)

I have always loved Sea urchins and have always collected them from when i was a child right up into adulthood. They would be the first thing I would look for when I got out of my car and my feet hit the sand on the beach. Suprisingly there arent that many to be found anymore on the beach where I have always gone to find them. sony ax 300 SLR 70 – 200ml lense.

Acriylic on canson paper. Inspired by the following experience! My partner & I were in the Gulf country he was working on a bulldozer & I was sitting in the tray back sketch book in hand. We heard a noise in the distance that sounded like a train. Twenty minutes later a willy willy arrived stripping every thing in its path! Trees & branches were swept up and were whirling and swirling overhead! Luckily we were able to take shelter in the cab!
