I don’t usually do IR shots with people or animals, but this horse was kind enough to stay still for me for 2 seconds. ......................................................................................................... Russian Tea (also known as Christmas tea) is a mixture of tea , orange drink crystals and some spices. You know the grips in a water bottle… well that’s what this is. I took the aquafina label off, and put some colorful wrapping paper behind it. There was a few bubbles in the water, which looked cool with the texture of the bottle. It looks like a droplet continuously dropping into a puddle to me…haha. Enjoy! I used my 105mm macro lens for this.

This is a blue version of Hive, a recent photo I made which was part of an experimental series showing the television screen seen through various objects used in the living room. This one is a macro shot of a bundle of drinking straws, aimed at the TV. Obviously, the screen was showing something blue! The actual straws measure less than 5mm in diameter. I used a shorter focal length for this one, and we can see more of the straws in it.
