Yes I finally got my IR filter! This is the first shot I have taken with it so far, however as I took this this morning while rushing to work, I completely forgot to take a tripod or to set the white balance so I feel quite lucky it even turned out at all.. I just wish it wasn’t so overcast so I could have captured the dark infrared sky.. Sure it isn’t the best IR shot, but I have plenty of time to learn! Thanks for looking!

This is the 3rd shot from today’s series of photos from the local grave yard.. I had heard recently that grave yards make a great subject for IR photography, and I personally think I have to agree as I believe that this is my best IR shot so far.. / The cross that you can see behind the headstone in the middle of the shot is the cross that I used as the subject for my So Dark The Con Of Man shot.. / Anyway let me know what you all think and i hope you like it all as much as i do.. A few miles passed Tortilla Flats, which is outside of Apache Junction, Arizona, this wonderful little oasis pops into view, part of Salt River. Although it is nearly Christmas, the vibrant yellow foliage remains. / Shot with Olympus Stylus 720SW auto, handheld.

She is mad about travelling the Western Australia Coastline in her new camper van with her now husband… so I pulled this one out of the old noggin (imagination).

Taken at the Perry sand dunes at Wenthworth. / This was taken about half an hour before sunrise rather then sitting in the sand waiting for the sun to rise I took a couple of pictures to kill the time:)
