  Babylon recorded in scripture was where the common language was “confused” and the beginning of nation states and that can be argued as to where and when mankind started to collect themselves as nations and if in fact language was “confused” at Babel. Warfare has been used for various purposes, conquest, self defense, accumulation of spoils both human and monetary wealth at the expense of the vanquished. Today warfare continues and still is the number one business interest by arm merchants it is very revealing as to who is the biggest manufacture of these tools of death. The constant being fear and being the recipient of aggression both real and sometimes just xenophobia to continue business as usual and complacency if you disagree with policy of the nation you reside in. I wrote this rumination after having read Boyd Millers “Black Line” I suggest you give it a read eloquent is an understatement.
